Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to digital products purchased from Starpath Clarity (“Starpath”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing a digital product from Starpath, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Digital products

Starpath products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

The contents of each product are described on its product page before purchase.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Australian prices include GST where applicable.

For customers outside Australia, Australian GST may not apply. Other taxes, including VAT or sales taxes, may apply depending on the customer's location and applicable tax laws.

Payment is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Your purchase is complete once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Delivery

Digital products are made available electronically after successful payment, usually through a download link provided on the purchase confirmation page and/or by email.

Please make sure the email address you provide when purchasing is correct.

If you have paid for a product but cannot access your download, please contact Starpath so we can help resolve the issue.

4. Personal-use licence

Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase gives you a licence to use the digital product for your own personal use.

You may download, save and print a copy for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, sublicense or make the product available to others, whether for payment or free of charge.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of Starpath's intellectual property or copyright to you.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Because Starpath products are digital products that are supplied following purchase, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been delivered.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed because of a problem on our side, or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

6. Using Starpath products

Starpath products are designed as general educational and decision-support resources.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice where such advice is appropriate to your circumstances.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make and actions you take when using a Starpath product.

7. Intellectual property

Starpath products, including their written content, frameworks, design elements and other original materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the personal-use licence described above, no rights in those materials are transferred to you through purchase.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, Starpath is not responsible for loss arising solely from decisions or actions taken by a purchaser based on their individual use or interpretation of a Starpath decision-support product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase are those in effect when you make that purchase.
